What’s the difference between Essentials and Advanced?

Essentials gives you unlimited searchable libraries (table, grid and folders), AJAX search and filters, any file type with previews, and download tracking. Advanced adds access control (password-protect or restrict documents and categories), lead capture (require an email before download), version control, and auto-expiring documents.

Can I pay monthly or yearly?

Both. You can pay monthly, or choose annual billing and save 17% (that’s roughly two months free). You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from your billing dashboard.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take your card details when you start so your library keeps running seamlessly after the trial, but you won’t be charged if you cancel within the first 14 days.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades apply straight away, and downgrades take effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What access control is included?

Advanced lets you password-protect a library, or restrict documents and categories so only the right people can see them. And because you can embed your hosted library in an already-protected page (such as a staff intranet or members area), it inherits that site’s access controls automatically.
