Why is the corporate plan more expensive than the standard plans?
The corporate plan is a complete service, not just a license. As well as every feature for your whole organization, our team builds your library, imports your documents, gives you priority support and extra storage, and handles the purchase orders, invoicing and onboarding your procurement process needs. You are paying for a library that arrives ready to use and a purchase that fits how your organization buys.
What does the setup service include?
Our team builds your document library and imports your existing documents for you. Just send us all of your documents together and we will add and organize them, set up the layout, search and categories, and hand over a library that is ready for your team to use.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes, this is exactly what the corporate plan is built for. We support purchase orders, payment by invoice, supplier registration, vendor onboarding and the provision of company registration and tax documentation.
Do you offer a lifetime corporate license?
The hosted Document Library Pro is a managed service, so it comes as an annual or three-year agreement rather than a one-off lifetime fee. If you would prefer a lifetime license to host the software yourself, we offer a separate Corporate License for the Document Library Pro WordPress plugin.
