You manage everything to do with payments from your billing area, which opens a secure portal where you can change your plan, update your card, and view invoices.
Open your billing area
In your dashboard menu, under Account, click Billing. This opens your secure billing portal.
Change your plan
From the portal you can switch between the Essentials and Advanced plans. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Note that moving down from Advanced turns off its features, so any password-protected documents would become public again.
Update your payment method
Use the portal to update your card or other payment details at any time.
Cancel your subscription
You can cancel from the portal whenever you like. Your library stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which premium features are switched off. If you need any help, get in touch with our team.
