No. Document Library Pro publishes and shares general documents like patient leaflets, policies and forms. It is not an electronic health record or a place to store protected health information about named patients - keep those in your clinical systems.
Can we keep clinical and staff documents private?
Yes. Restrict protocols and staff materials by user role or password, while keeping patient resources open to everyone - all in the same library. For sensitive files, embed the library inside an area of your site that already requires a login.
Do we need WordPress?
No. If your organization’s site is on WordPress, install it as a plugin. If it isn’t, paste one embed snippet onto any other website - or let us host a standalone library on your own domain, with no website needed at all.
Can patients search and filter the documents?
Yes - that’s the point. Visitors search as they type and filter by category, condition or file type, so patients and staff reach the right document in seconds instead of scrolling a long page.
