Je voert de import in twee fasen uit: download de bestanden uit SharePoint en importeer ze daarna in je bibliotheek. Synchronisatie is niet de juiste tool voor deze verhuizing, omdat synchroniseren de documenten afhankelijk zou houden van SharePoint.<\/p>\n<h2>Download je bestanden uit SharePoint<\/h2>\n<p>Gebruik voor een paar honderd bestanden SharePoint in je browser. Open de documentbibliotheek in SharePoint, selecteer de gewenste bestanden of mappen en kies <strong>Downloaden<\/strong>. SharePoint verpakt ze in een zipbestand.<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft publiceert deze limieten voor <a href=\"https:\/\/support.microsoft.com\/en-us\/onedrive\/download-files-and-folders-from-onedrive-or-sharepoint\">het downloaden van bestanden en mappen uit OneDrive of SharePoint<\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>250GB per bestand<\/li>\n<li>10.000 bestanden in een enkele download<\/li>\n<li>10.000 bestanden per map<\/li>\n<li>10GB per zipbestand wanneer de inhoud al is gecomprimeerd, en 20GB in totaal<\/li>\n<li>OneNote-notitieblokken kunnen niet worden gedownload. In plaats daarvan krijg je een foutbestand.<\/li>\n<li>Je kunt niet in bulk downloaden vanuit de gedeelde weergave. Je moet downloaden vanuit de bibliotheek zelf.<\/li>\n<li>SharePoint Server 2019 on-premises kan helemaal geen download van meerdere bestanden uitvoeren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gebruik voor grotere bibliotheken de OneDrive-synchronisatie-app. Microsoft&#8217;s eigen aanbeveling bij meer dan 10.000 bestanden is om de bibliotheek met een computer te synchroniseren, te wachten tot OneDrive alles heeft gedownload en de map daarna naar een locatie buiten OneDrive te kopieren. Je hebt genoeg schijfruimte nodig voor de hele bibliotheek, en het proces kan lang duren.<\/p>\n<p>Houd de mapstructuur intact wanneer je de bestanden kopieert. Voeg de mappen niet samen op een plek, want de mappen worden later categorieen.<\/p>\n<h2>Wat niet wordt overgenomen<\/h2>\n<p>SharePoint-metadatakolommen, versiegeschiedenis en rechten gaan niet mee met de gedownloade bestanden. Je krijgt de bestanden en de mapstructuur. Categorieen en tags in Document Library Pro dekken waarvoor de meeste bibliotheken metadatakolommen gebruikten.<\/p>\n<h2>Plan je categorieen voordat je importeert<\/h2>\n<p>Mappen worden categorieen in Document Library Pro. Categorieen sturen de filters aan die bezoekers gebruiken, en geneste categorieen worden ondersteund. Schrijf een subcategorie als Parent &gt; Child, bijvoorbeeld Reports &gt; Board minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Decide which documents belong in a protected library before you import. This affects how you publish the finished library.<\/p>\n<h2>Importeer je documenten<\/h2>\n<p>Je kunt documenten importeren vanaf de <strong>Importeren<\/strong> pagina op twee manieren. Beide methoden zijn beschikbaar in het Advanced-abonnement.<\/p>\n<p>The first method is to drag a batch of files onto the Bulk Upload page. One document is created per file, using the file name as the title, with the extension dropped and dashes turned into spaces. For example, board-minutes-march.pdf becomes board minutes march. SharePoint filenames are often untidy, so check them before importing instead of renaming documents afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>De tweede methode is om een spreadsheet als CSV-bestand te importeren. Een gescande PDF is een afbeelding van een pagina, dus er staat geen tekst in om te indexeren. Deze kan alleen worden gevonden op titel, beschrijving en categorieen.<\/p>\n<p>Identificeer gescande documenten waar mogelijk tijdens de import.
