Heb ik dit nodig?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je site op WordPress staat en de documentbibliotheek alleen daar hoeft te staan, is de <a href=\"https:\/\/barn2.com\/wordpress-plugins\/document-library-pro\">Document Library Pro-plugin voor WordPress<\/a> voldoende. Je hoeft de cloudversie niet toe te voegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cloudversie is logisch wanneer je documenten ergens moeten verschijnen waar de plugin niet bij kan. Dit geldt meestal in een van deze gevallen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De bibliotheek moet worden weergegeven op een niet-WordPress-site, bijvoorbeeld Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, een Shopify-winkel of HubSpot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dezelfde bibliotheek moet op meerdere sites of verschillende platforms worden gebruikt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je hebt nodig dat de bibliotheek een eigen webadres heeft, zonder daarvoor een aparte website te beheren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je wilt liever dat wij hosting, updates en onderhoud voor je regelen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je wilt functies gebruiken die alleen beschikbaar zijn in de cloudversie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De cloudversie kan ook op een WordPress-site draaien, en sommige klanten kiezen die setup. Meld je simpelweg aan voor gehoste Document Library Pro, voeg je documenten en instellingen zoals gewoonlijk toe en gebruik daarna een Aangepaste HTML-blok om je bibliotheken in je WordPress-site in te voegen. Toch zijn ze niet precies hetzelfde. In de cloudversie zijn dit de belangrijkste verschillen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Geen aparte pagina's voor individuele documenten.<\/strong> Wanneer iemand een document selecteert, wordt het bestand direct geopend of gedownload in plaats van dat de bezoeker naar een aparte documentpagina gaat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toegangscontrole op basis van wachtwoorden.<\/strong> In het Advanced-abonnement kun je elk van je bibliotheken met een wachtwoord beveiligen, inclusief de bibliotheek met alle documenten.
