Als je documentenbibliotheek op haar eigen pagina prima werkt, maar de knoppen Downloaden<\/strong> (en soms Voorbeeld<\/strong>) niets doen zodra je haar op een andere website insluit, legt dit artikel uit waarom dat gebeurt en wat je eraan kunt doen.<\/p>\n

Wat er gebeurt<\/h2>\n

Sommige websiteplatforms laden ingesloten inhoud in een sandboxed<\/em> iframe, een afgesloten container waarvan de webbrowser bewust voorkomt dat deze bepaalde dingen doet, waaronder bestanden downloaden. Wanneer je documentbibliotheek in een van deze sandboxes wordt geplaatst, blokkeert de browser de download stilletjes, waardoor de knop niets lijkt te doen.<\/p>\n

Voorbeeld kan ook worden be\u00efnvloed. Standaard opent het voorbeeld in een nieuw browsertabblad, en dezelfde sandbox blokkeert ook het openen van nieuwe tabbladen.<\/p>\n

Dit is een beperking die wordt opgelegd door het hostingplatform en afgedwongen door de browser. Da’s geen fout in Document Library Pro. Dezelfde bibliotheek downloadt perfect op de eigen URL, en op elk platform dat insluitingen niet in een sandbox plaatst.<\/p>\n

Wix<\/strong> is het meest voorkomende voorbeeld. Beide insluitopties van Wix (“HTML\/code insluiten” en “Een site insluiten”) plaatsen je bibliotheek in een sandbox die downloads niet toestaat.<\/p>\n

Zo bevestig je de oorzaak<\/h2>\n

Controleer dit eerst, want als de symptomen anders zijn, kan het een apart probleem zijn dat we wel voor je kunnen<\/em> oplossen:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open de directe URL van de bibliotheek.<\/strong> Kopieer het adres uit je insluitcode (bijvoorbeeld https:\/\/your-library.documentlibrary.app\/?dlp_embed=1<\/code>) en open het in een nieuw browsertabblad. Klik op Downloaden. Als het daar wel werkt maar niet ingesloten, is de insluit-sandbox de oorzaak.<\/li>\n
  2. Controleer de browserconsole (optioneel, technisch).<\/strong> Open op de ingesloten pagina de ontwikkelaarsconsole van je browser. Een melding zoals \"Download is disallowed. The frame\u2026 is sandboxed and the 'allow-downloads' permission is not set<\/em>\" of ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT<\/code> bevestigt dit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Als het bestand ook<\/strong> vanaf de directe URL niet downloadt, is dit niet<\/em> het sandboxprobleem, dus contact op met support<\/a> , dan helpen we je om de oorzaak te vinden.<\/p>\n

    Zo los je het op<\/h2>\n

    Wix<\/h3>\n

    Installeer en gebruik de Document Library Pro Wix-app in plaats van een insluitcode te plakken. De app voegt je bibliotheek toe als een native Wix-element dat niet in een sandbox staat, zodat downloaden en voorbeeld gewoon werken. Als je de insluitcode hebt geplakt en dit probleem ziet, contact op met support<\/a> , dan helpen we je met de overstap.<\/p>\n

    Zelfgehost WordPress, Webflow, Framer of gewone HTML-sites<\/h3>\n

    Deze plaatsen insluitingen niet in een sandbox, dus de standaard insluitcode werkt, inclusief downloads. Als je het probleem op een van deze platforms ziet, is er iets anders aan de hand, dus contact op met support<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Andere websitebouwers (Squarespace, Notion en vergelijkbare)<\/h3>\n

    Als het platform een offici\u00eble Document Library Pro-app of -integratie biedt, gebruik die dan. Als het alleen een generiek vak voor “insluitcode” biedt en dit in een sandbox plaatst, kunnen downloads op dat platform niet worden ingeschakeld. Je kunt bezoekers nog steeds laten bekijken<\/strong> (zie hieronder).<\/p>\n

    Alleen-lezenoptie (werkt zelfs binnen een sandbox)<\/h3>\n

    Kunnen downloads op jouw platform niet worden ingeschakeld, dan kunnen bezoekers documenten nog steeds openen en lezen in een viewer op de pagina. Zet daarvoor gewoon de downloadknop in je bibliotheekinstellingen uit<\/strong> de downloadknop op het tabblad Weergave van je instellingen en laat de Voorbeeld<\/strong> aanstaan. Binnen een sandbox opent het voorbeeld elk document automatisch in een viewer op de pagina (in plaats van een nieuw tabblad), zodat het ook werkt waar downloads dat niet doen.<\/p>\n

    Dit werkt voor pdf's en afbeeldingen<\/strong>. Word- en Excel-bestanden kunnen op deze manier niet in een browser worden weergegeven, dus een alleen-lezenopzet past bij bibliotheken met pdf's en afbeeldingen. Wil je hier hulp bij, contact op met support<\/a>.<\/p>\n
