Je plakt de deellink van de map in een categorie, de documenten worden automatisch aangemaakt en je bibliotheek blijft gesynchroniseerd met de map. Mapsynchronisatie is beschikbaar in het <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/pricing\/\">Geavanceerd plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-it-works\">Hoe het werkt<\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer je een map koppelt, maakt Document Library Pro \u00e9\u00e9n document voor elk bestand erin, met de bestandsnaam als documenttitel. Submappen worden subcategorie\u00ebn, zodat je mapstructuur en je bibliotheekstructuur altijd overeenkomen. Bestandstypen en -groottes worden automatisch herkend, en gesynchroniseerde documenten krijgen de gebruikelijke zoek-, filter-, voorbeeld- en downloadfuncties. Google Docs, Spreadsheets en Presentaties openen op Google in een nieuw tabblad, terwijl andere bestandstypen rechtstreeks vanuit je bibliotheek worden gedownload.<\/p>\n<p>De map is de bron van de waarheid. Je bibliotheek synchroniseert er elke dag automatisch mee, of je synchroniseert direct met de knop <strong>Nu synchroniseren<\/strong> . Er zijn geen API-sleutels of accountkoppelingen om in te stellen: Document Library Pro heeft alleen de openbare deellink van de map nodig, en leest alleen uit je map, zonder er ooit iets in te wijzigen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"setup-instructions\">Installatie-instructies<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"get-a-shared-folder-link\">1. Maak een deellink van de map<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google Drive:<\/strong> Open <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/\">Google Drive<\/a> en klik met de rechtermuisknop op de map die je wilt synchroniseren. Kies <strong>Delen<\/strong>, en daarna <strong>Delen<\/strong> nog een keer. Onder <strong>Algemene toegang<\/strong>, selecteer <strong>Iedereen met de link<\/strong> met de rol <strong>Kijker<\/strong> , en klik daarna op <strong>Link kopi\u00ebren<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dropbox:<\/strong> Open <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/\">Dropbox<\/a> en beweeg de muis over de map die je wilt synchroniseren. Klik op <strong>Delen<\/strong>, maak een link waarbij <strong>Iedereen met deze link kan bekijken<\/strong>, en klik daarna op <strong>Link kopi\u00ebren<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Onthoud dat iedereen met de link de map rechtstreeks kan openen. Synchroniseer dus alleen mappen waarvan de inhoud geschikt is voor de mensen die je bibliotheek gebruiken. Je kunt nog steeds <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-protection\/\">de bibliotheek zelf beveiligen<\/a> met een wachtwoord of andere beveiliging.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"connect-the-folder-to-a-category\">2. Koppel de map aan een categorie<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Ga naar het scherm <strong>Categorie\u00ebn<\/strong> in je bibliotheekbeheer.<\/li>\n<li>Maak een nieuwe categorie, of open een bestaande via <strong>Bewerken<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Plak je link in het veld <strong>Google Drive- of Dropbox-map<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<li>Klik <strong>Categorie toevoegen<\/strong> of <strong>Bijwerken<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De eerste synchronisatie start meteen, en je volgt de voortgang in de kolom <strong>Cloud Sync<\/strong> van het Categorie\u00ebn-scherm.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"managing-a-synced-category\">Een gesynchroniseerde categorie beheren<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"updating-documents\">Documenten bijwerken<\/h3>\n<p>Om een gesynchroniseerd document te wijzigen, wijzig je het bestand in Google Drive of Dropbox:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wanneer je een bestand aan de map toevoegt, verschijnt er een nieuw document in je bibliotheek.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer je een bestand verwijdert, wordt het bijbehorende document verwijderd.<\/li>\n<li>Wanneer je een bestand vervangt of bijwerkt, wordt het document overeenkomstig bijgewerkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wijzigingen komen door bij de volgende dagelijkse synchronisatie, of meteen wanneer je klikt op <strong>Nu synchroniseren<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Omdat de map de bron van de waarheid is, zijn gesynchroniseerde documenten alleen-lezen in je bibliotheekbeheer. Extra's per document die met synchroniseren zouden botsen, zoals een vervaldatum, zijn niet beschikbaar voor gesynchroniseerde documenten, maar beveiliging op bibliotheek- en categorieniveau werkt gewoon.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"disconnecting-a-folder\">Een map ontkoppelen<\/h3>\n<p>Om te stoppen met synchroniseren, bewerk je de categorie en ontkoppel je de map. Je documenten blijven bewaard, dus er verdwijnt niets uit je bibliotheek. Wil je de documenten ook verwijderen, ga dan naar het hoofdscherm <strong>Documenten<\/strong> in je Document Library Pro-beheer, selecteer de betreffende documenten en verwijder ze.<\/p>\n<p>Als je dezelfde map later opnieuw koppelt, herkent Document Library Pro de bestaande documenten en synchroniseert het ze gewoon verder, zonder duplicaten te maken.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"troubleshooting\">Problemen oplossen<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cDeze map is niet toegankelijk\u201d:<\/strong> De link is niet openbaar gedeeld. Zet het delen van de map op \u201cIedereen met de link\u201d en plak de link opnieuw.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Je hebt een link naar \u00e9\u00e9n bestand geplakt:<\/strong> Mapsynchronisatie heeft een maplink nodig, geen bestandslink. Open de map waarin het bestand staat en kopieer de link van de hele map.<\/li>\n<li><strong>De map is leeg:<\/strong> Dat is prima. De categorie blijft gewoon leeg totdat je bestanden aan de map toevoegt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wat er ook misgaat, synchronisatiefouten verwijderen nooit je documenten.
