Elke inzending wordt v\u00f3\u00f3r publicatie ter goedkeuring voorgelegd, zodat u controle houdt over wat er live gaat.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/front-end-document-submission-form.jpg\" alt=\"Frontend-inzendformulier dat bezoekers gebruiken om documenten in te dienen\" style=\"display:block;max-width:540px;margin:18px auto\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"turn-on-submissions\">Inzendingen inschakelen<\/h2>\n<p>Ga naar <strong>Bibliotheek publiceren<\/strong> en vinkje <strong>Bezoekers toestaan documenten bij de bibliotheek in te dienen<\/strong>, en sla het vervolgens op. Hiermee wordt het inzendingsformulier voor je bibliotheek geactiveerd.<\/p>\n<p>De <strong>Documenten indienen aan de voorkant<\/strong> opties op het <strong>Instellingen<\/strong> pagina schakelen het formulier niet in of uit. Ze bepalen hoe inzendingen werken zodra je ze hebt ingeschakeld op de pagina Bibliotheek publiceren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"add-the-form-to-your-site\">Voeg het formulier toe aan je site<\/h2>\n<p>Open het <strong>Bibliotheek publiceren<\/strong> Klik op het scherm om het formulier te openen. Je kunt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kopieer de insluitcode van het formulier en plak deze op een willekeurige pagina van uw eigen website of intranet, naast uw bibliotheek of op een aparte pagina.<\/li>\n<li>Of, als je je bibliotheekwebsite gebruikt, toon je het formulier als een <strong>Document indienen<\/strong> een link in het menu, zodat bezoekers deze vanuit de bibliotheek zelf kunnen openen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"what-visitors-see\">Wat bezoekers zien<\/h2>\n<p>Bezoekers vullen een kort formulier in met de titel van het document, een optionele beschrijving en ofwel een bestand om te uploaden, ofwel een link naar een bestand dat elders is gehost. Ze kunnen ook een categorie voor hun document kiezen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"reviewing-submissions\">Beoordeling van inzendingen<\/h2>\n<p>Moderatie is ingeschakeld voor nieuwe bibliotheken, zodat ingediende documenten worden vastgehouden in plaats van automatisch gepubliceerd. Elk document wordt aan je bibliotheek toegevoegd als wachtend document, klaar voor jouw beoordeling. Open het document, controleer de details en publiceer het wanneer je tevreden bent of verwijder het als het niet geschikt is.
