Dat is handig wanneer meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n persoon voor je documenten zorgt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/document-library-team-members.jpg\" alt=\"Een teamlid uitnodigen om te helpen bij het beheren van de documentenbibliotheek\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"invite-a-team-member\">Een teamlid uitnodigen<\/h2>\n<p>Openen <strong>Team<\/strong> vanuit het gedeelte Account in je dashboardmenu en nodig de mensen uit die je wilt toevoegen.<\/p>\n<p>Voer hun e-mailadres in onder <strong>Een collega uitnodigen<\/strong> en klik <strong>Uitnodiging versturen<\/strong>. Ze krijgen een e-mail om een wachtwoord in te stellen en in te loggen.<\/p>\n<p>Iedereen met toegang staat vermeld onder <strong>Personen met toegang<\/strong>, met hun rol naast hun naam: <strong>Eigenaar<\/strong> voor jou, en <strong>Documentbeheerder<\/strong> voor de mensen die je uitnodigt. Iedereen die nog niet heeft ingelogd, wordt getoond als <strong>Uitnodiging in behandeling<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-team-members-can-do\">Wat teamleden kunnen doen<\/h2>\n<p>Teamleden die je uitnodigt kunnen documenten, categorie\u00ebn, tags en auteurs toevoegen, bewerken en importeren, zodat ze de inhoud van je bibliotheek volledig kunnen beheren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-team-members-cannot-do\">Wat teamleden niet kunnen doen<\/h2>\n<p>Documentbeheerders zien alleen de delen van het dashboard die documenten bevatten. Bibliotheek publiceren, Bibliotheken, Toegangsbeheer, Instellingen, Facturering en Team zijn alleen van jou als accounteigenaar, zodat je abonnement, je insluitcode en je algemene instellingen nooit per ongeluk worden gewijzigd.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"remove-someone-s-access\">Iemands toegang verwijderen<\/h2>\n<p>Klik op het Team-scherm op <strong>Toegang verwijderen<\/strong> naast de persoon die je wilt verwijderen. Deze persoon kan niet meer inloggen, en de documenten die diegene heeft toegevoegd blijven in je bibliotheek.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nodig collega's uit om je documenten te helpen beheren.
