Het heeft twee velden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bibliotheeknaam<\/strong> &#8211; The name of your document library, used in your dashboard and on your library website. This can be changed later in Settings \u2192 General.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Webadres<\/strong> &#8211; A short address such as <em>acme<\/em>, waarmee acme.documentlibrary.app wordt gemaakt. Gebruik kleine letters, cijfers en koppeltekens. Een merkadres zoals docs.yourcompany.com kun je later instellen door <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-pro-hosted-custom-domain\/\">een aangepast domein te koppelen<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klik <strong>Maak mijn bibliotheek<\/strong>. Dit duurt ongeveer 20 seconden, dus houd de pagina open tot het klaar is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installatiewizard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De installatiewizard opent automatisch de eerste keer dat je je dashboard bezoekt, te beginnen met een <strong>Welkom<\/strong> scherm. De wizard heeft drie stappen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al deze opties zijn daarna beschikbaar in Instellingen, en elke bibliotheek die je later maakt kan andere opties gebruiken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 1: Je bibliotheek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standaardindeling<\/strong> &#8211; Table lists documents with multiple columns of information, which suits long lists that visitors search and scan. Grid displays documents as tiles, which suits visual collections such as brochures and reports. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-layout\/\">indeling van documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mappen<\/strong> &#8211; Arranges the library into a folder tree built from your document categories, which visitors open one folder at a time. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-folders\/\">documentmappen<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentvoorbeeld<\/strong> &#8211; Adds a preview button so that visitors can read a document in a lightbox instead of downloading it. The preview option appears for supported file types only. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-preview\/\">documentvoorbeeld<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hoofdtaal<\/strong> &#8211; The language your visitors see in your library. It also sets the language of your dashboard and the emails sent to you. Als je Tabel kiest, wordt de <strong>Tabellen<\/strong> stap getoond. Als je Raster kiest, wordt de <strong>Raster<\/strong> stap getoond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De stap Tabellen heeft twee opties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kolommen<\/strong> &#8211; Use the column builder to select which document data appears in the table, such as the title, categories, file type, file size, date and the document link. Drag and drop to reorder the columns, and use the pencil icon to rename one or adjust its width. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-content\/\">inhoud van documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meervoudige downloads<\/strong> &#8211; Adds a checkbox to each row, plus a button which downloads the selected documents as a single zip file. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/links-document-library\/\">links in de documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De stap Raster heeft \u00e9\u00e9n optie:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rasterinhoud<\/strong> &#8211; Select which information appears on each card. The options are the image, title, filename, file type, file size, download count, categories, authors, the document&#8217;s description and the document link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke bibliotheek die je later maakt kan de andere indeling gebruiken, en de eigen kolommen of kaartinhoud stel je in de Library Builder in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 3: Documentfilters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Filters zijn keuzelijsten waarmee bezoekers de bibliotheek verfijnen op categorie, tag, auteur of bestandstype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Filterkeuzelijsten inschakelen<\/strong> &#8211; Disabled by default, because filters need categories or tags to filter by.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filterlocaties<\/strong> &#8211; Display the filter dropdowns above the library, show them inside the column headings, or both.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filters met meervoudige selectie<\/strong> &#8211; Allows visitors to select more than one option from each filter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Actieve filters<\/strong> &#8211; Displays the filters which are currently applied above the library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filteraantallen<\/strong> &#8211; Shows the number of matching documents next to each option in a filter dropdown.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bekijk <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-filters\/\">documentbibliotheekfilters<\/a> voor alle details, inclusief hoe je filters hernoemt en opnieuw ordent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installatie voltooid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De laatste stap van de wizard bevestigt dat de installatie klaar is. Klik op <strong>Bibliotheek bekijken<\/strong> om je documentbibliotheek te openen. Deze blijft leeg tot er documenten zijn toegevoegd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Je dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het startscherm van het dashboard toont je bibliotheeknaam, het aantal documenten, categorie\u00ebn en tags, en je zes meest recente documenten. Het linkermenu bevat de volgende secties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bibliotheek bekijken<\/strong> &#8211; Opens your document library in a new tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bibliotheek publiceren<\/strong> &#8211; Contains your embed code and the settings for your library website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documenten<\/strong> &#8211; My Documents, Add Document, Categories, Tags and Authors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bulk-upload<\/strong> (Advanced plan only) &#8211; Creates documents from a batch of files or a spreadsheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Toegangsbeheer<\/strong> (Advanced plan only) &#8211; Password protects your libraries and your uploaded files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bibliotheken<\/strong> &#8211; Builds additional document libraries, each with its own documents, options and embed code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instellingen<\/strong> &#8211; Seven tabs of global options: General, Display, Search, Branding, Library Design, Translations and Advanced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facturering<\/strong> &#8211; Change your plan, update your payment details and view your invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profiel<\/strong> &#8211; Change your name, email address and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team<\/strong> &#8211; Invites other people to help manage your documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bibliotheek publiceren, Bibliotheken, Toegangsbeheer, Instellingen, Facturering en Team zijn alleen beschikbaar voor de accounteigenaar. Your filters and folders are built from your document categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/settings\/\">Instellingen<\/a> &#8211; The options which are not in the setup wizard. These include your logo and brand color, the design of your tables and grids, your search options, and the messages shown when a library is empty.
