Als je gehoste documentbibliotheek niet wordt weergegeven zoals je verwacht, zijn er een paar veelvoorkomende oorzaken die je zelf kunt controleren voordat je contact met ons opneemt. Doorloop de onderstaande secties op volgorde.<\/p>\n

De bibliotheekpagina is leeg<\/h2>\n

Als de pagina waarop je bibliotheek zou moeten verschijnen leeg is, of als het bibliotheekframe laadt maar leeg blijft, probeer dan eerst je caches te wissen. Een verouderde cachekopie van de pagina is de meest voorkomende reden waarom een bibliotheek leeg lijkt.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Vernieuw je browser, of open de pagina in een priv\u00e9venster.<\/li>\n
  2. Als je de bibliotheek op een andere site hebt geplaatst met een cachingplugin of cachingservice, wis die cache dan ook.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Laad de pagina opnieuw nadat je de cache hebt gewist. Als de bibliotheek nog steeds niet verschijnt, ga dan verder met de controles hieronder.<\/p>\n

    De bibliotheek laadt maar toont geen documenten<\/h2>\n

    Als het bibliotheekframe laadt maar er geen documenten worden vermeld, komen de documenten mogelijk gewoon niet overeen met wat de bibliotheek moet tonen. Open je bibliotheek in het dashboard en bevestig:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. De documenten die je verwacht zijn gepubliceerd in plaats van opgeslagen als concepten.<\/li>\n
    2. De bibliotheek is beperkt tot de juiste categorie\u00ebn. Als de bibliotheek in de Library Builder tot bepaalde categorie\u00ebn is beperkt, verschijnen alleen documenten in die categorie\u00ebn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      De insluiting verschijnt niet op een andere site<\/h2>\n

      Als je je bibliotheek met de insluitcode op een aparte website hebt geplaatst en deze daar niet verschijnt, controleer dan of de volledige insluitcode precies is overgenomen zoals verstrekt, zonder dat er iets is weggelaten. Sommige websitebouwers verwijderen insluitcode tenzij je deze in een speciaal insluitblok of blok voor aangepaste code plakt.<\/p>\n

      Om te bevestigen dat de bibliotheek zelf in orde is, open je de eigen pagina ervan op je Document Library Pro-site. Als deze daar correct wordt weergegeven, ligt het probleem aan hoe de insluiting aan de andere site is toegevoegd en niet aan de bibliotheek.<\/p>\n

      Laadt het nog steeds niet?<\/h2>\n

      Als je je caches hebt gewist en de bovenstaande punten hebt gecontroleerd en de bibliotheek nog steeds niet laadt, neem contact op met ons supportteam<\/a>.
