Dit is handig voor tijdelijke aanbiedingen, prijslijsten met datum of papierwerk dat maar binnen een bepaalde periode beschikbaar mag zijn. Verloop is een <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/pricing\/\">Geavanceerd plan<\/a> Functie.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/add-document-to-online-library.jpg\" alt=\"Een verloopdatum en -tijd instellen bij het toevoegen van een document aan de bibliotheek\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"setting-an-expiry-date\">Een verloopdatum instellen<\/h2>\n<p>Open het document via Documenten &rarr; Mijn documenten en stel het <strong>Vervaldatum &amp; -tijd<\/strong> veld in. De datum volgt de tijdzone die is ingesteld op het tabblad Algemeen van je instellingen. Wanneer die datum aanbreekt, wordt het document uit je bibliotheek verborgen, zodat bezoekers het niet meer kunnen zien of downloaden. Wis de vervaldatum om het terug te brengen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-counts-as-expired\">Wat als verlopen telt<\/h2>\n<p>Verlopen documenten verdwijnen uit beeld zodra hun datum is verstreken.
