Filters kunnen boven je bibliotheek verschijnen, in de kolomkoppen, of beide. Voor je hoofdbibliotheek stel je de filters in op het tabblad Zoeken van je instellingen. Voor een bibliotheek die je hebt gebouwd, stel je ze in bij de stap Bediening van de Bibliotheekbouwer.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/school-document-library-category-filter.jpg\" alt=\"Geopende dropdown met documentbibliotheekfilter waarin de categorie\u00ebn worden getoond waarop je kunt filteren\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"available-filters\">Beschikbare filters<\/h2>\n<p>Je kunt dropdownfilters maken voor het volgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Categorie\u00ebn.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tags.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Documentauteur.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bestandstype.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-add-search-filters\">Filters toevoegen<\/h2>\n<p>Je voegt filters toe in de Library Builder wanneer je een bibliotheek maakt of bewerkt.<\/p>\n<p>Zodra je dropdownfilters inschakelt, verschijnt er een filterbouwer met slepen-en-neerzetten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gebruik de dropdown &#8220;Kies een filter&#8221; om filters toe te voegen, zoals categorie\u00ebn, tags of een aangepaste taxonomie.<\/li>\n<li>Gebruik het potloodpictogram om elk filter een andere naam te geven.<\/li>\n<li>Sleep de gestippelde handgrepen links om de filters opnieuw te ordenen. Het filter bovenaan de lijst verschijnt links (of rechts voor talen van rechts naar links).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"positioning-the-search-filters\">De filters plaatsen<\/h2>\n<p>Filters verschijnen standaard boven de bibliotheek. Met de optie Filterlocaties op het tabblad Zoeken van je instellingen kun je ze boven de bibliotheek, in de kolomkoppen, of op beide plekken tonen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dropdownfilters boven de tabel weergeven.<\/strong> Toont de filters in een rij boven de bibliotheek.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filters in kolomkoppen tonen.<\/strong> Toont een filter in de kop van elke filterbare kolom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"filters-in-column-headers\">Filters in kolomkoppen<\/h2>\n<p>Wanneer je filters in de kolomkoppen toont, geven kolommen die filtering ondersteunen (zoals categorie\u00ebn, tags en auteurs) een filterpictogram weer in de kolomkop. Bezoekers kunnen op het pictogram klikken om een dropdown te openen en de bibliotheek te filteren zonder de kolom te verlaten waarnaar ze kijken.<\/p>\n<p>Wanneer een filter 9 of meer opties heeft, verschijnt er bovenaan de dropdown een zoekvak zodat bezoekers snel de gewenste optie kunnen vinden. Voor kortere lijsten wordt het zoekvak verborgen, omdat het niet nodig is.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"multi-select-filters\">Filters met meervoudige selectie<\/h2>\n<p>Standaard accepteert elk filter \u00e9\u00e9n keuze tegelijk. Schakel de optie Multi-select filters op het tabblad Zoeken van je instellingen in om bezoekers meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n optie tegelijk uit elk filter te laten selecteren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"active-filters\">Actieve filters<\/h2>\n<p>Schakel de optie Actieve filters op het tabblad Zoeken van je instellingen in om boven de bibliotheek een samenvatting van de huidige toegepaste filters te tonen. Bezoekers kunnen altijd precies zien welke filters actief zijn en waar ze naar kijken.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"filter-counts\">Filteraantallen<\/h2>\n<p>Schakel de optie Filteraantallen op het tabblad Zoeken van je instellingen in om het aantal overeenkomende documenten naast elke optie in de filterkeuzelijsten te tonen. Bezoekers kunnen zien hoeveel resultaten elke optie oplevert voordat ze deze selecteren.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-rename-the-filters\">De filters hernoemen<\/h2>\n<p>Als je een filter een aangepaste kop wilt geven, klik je op het potloodpictogram in de filterbouwer en typ je je gewenste tekst. Als je er geen instelt, valt de kop terug op de bijpassende veldnaam in de bibliotheek en, als dat niet lukt, op de naam van de taxonomie zelf.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"limitations\">Beperkingen<\/h2>\n<p>Filters worden niet ondersteund in <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-folders\/\">mapweergave<\/a>. Als je filters boven de bibliotheek nodig hebt, laat mappen dan uitgeschakeld.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"faq\">FAQ<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"can-i-show-the-filters-on-their-own-before-loading-the-library\">Kan ik de filters tonen voordat de bibliotheek wordt geladen?<\/h3>\n<p>Nee. De filters zijn bedoeld om de documentenlijst te verfijnen, niet om deze te filteren voordat deze voor het eerst wordt geladen.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"can-i-list-categories-and-sub-categories-as-separate-filters\">Kan ik categorie\u00ebn en subcategorie\u00ebn als aparte filters weergeven?<\/h3>\n<p>Categorie\u00ebn en taxonomie\u00ebn verschijnen in \u00e9\u00e9n dropdown. De lijst is genest en hi\u00ebrarchisch, zodat bezoekers kunnen zien welke bovenliggende categorie\u00ebn zijn en welke onderliggende.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"can-i-control-the-order-of-the-dropdown-items\">Kan ik de volgorde van de dropdownitems bepalen?<\/h3>\n<p>Filter dropdowns are ordered alphabetically. If alphabetical order is not right for your data, such as months, you can add numbers in front of each term to control the order. For example, name month categories &#8220;01 &#8211; January&#8221;, &#8220;02 &#8211; February&#8221; and so on.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"can-i-add-checkbox-filters\">Kunnen bezoekers meer dan \u00e9\u00e9n optie per filter selecteren?<\/h3>\n<p>Ja.
