Dit bespaart veel tijd wanneer je een bibliotheek instelt of er een overzet vanaf een andere plek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er zijn twee methoden: <a href=\"#drag-and-drop-a-batch-of-files\">Een reeks bestanden slepen en neerzetten<\/a>, of <a href=\"#import-a-csv-file\">een CSV-bestand importeren<\/a>. Zie om in plaats daarvan documenten \u00e9\u00e9n voor \u00e9\u00e9n toe te voegen <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/adding-documents\/\">Documenten toevoegen aan je bibliotheek<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een reeks bestanden slepen en neerzetten<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is de snelste manier om een nieuwe bibliotheek te vullen. Ga naar <strong>Bulk-upload<\/strong> in het linkermenu en zet je bestanden op de pagina neer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per bestand wordt \u00e9\u00e9n document aangemaakt. De bestandsnaam wordt de documenttitel, waarbij de extensie wordt weggelaten en streepjes worden omgezet in spaties. Zo wordt board-minutes-march.pdf board minutes march. Maak je bestandsnamen netjes voordat je uploadt als ze rommelig zijn, want dat is makkelijker dan documenten achteraf hernoemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebruiken <strong>Uploaden naar categorie<\/strong> boven de neerzetzone om alles wat je gaat uploaden in \u00e9\u00e9n categorie te plaatsen. Laat dit op <strong>Geen categorie<\/strong> staan om de documenten later te sorteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zodra de bestanden binnen zijn, open je een document om een beschrijving toe te voegen, de titel te wijzigen of meer categorie\u00ebn en tags toe te wijzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">een CSV-bestand importeren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een CSV-import stelt de titel, beschrijving, categorie\u00ebn en meer in voor elk document terwijl het wordt aangemaakt, zodat je bibliotheek meteen georganiseerd is in plaats van achteraf opgeruimd te moeten worden. Dit is de betere keuze wanneer je een bibliotheek uit een ander systeem overzet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maak een spreadsheet met \u00e9\u00e9n rij per document en \u00e9\u00e9n kolom per stukje informatie, met bovenaan een koprij, en sla deze daarna op of exporteer deze als CSV-bestand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga naar <strong>Bulk-upload<\/strong> en kies <strong>CSV-bestand uploaden<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecteer je bestand. De maximale grootte wordt op het scherm getoond.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Controleer de <strong>Kolomtoewijzing<\/strong>. Je koppen worden automatisch gekoppeld aan onze velden, en je kunt alles corrigeren wat verkeerd is of een kolom weglaten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klik <strong>Importeren<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het scherm meldt de voortgang terwijl het werkt en bevestigt wanneer de import is voltooid. <strong>Importlog bekijken<\/strong> toont wat er is aangemaakt. Daar moet je kijken als een rij niet is aangekomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kolommen die je kunt opnemen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Naam<\/strong> &#8211; The document title. This is the only column you have to include.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inhoud<\/strong> &#8211; The document description, as plain text or HTML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Samenvatting<\/strong> &#8211; A short summary. There is no excerpt box on the Add Document screen, so this can only be set during an import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bestands-URL<\/strong> &#8211; The web address of a file to pull into your library, so that it is hosted and downloadable like any file you upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Directe URL<\/strong> &#8211; A web address which stays an external link rather than being imported, for example a video or a page on another site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URL uitgelichte afbeelding<\/strong> &#8211; The address of an image to download and use as the document thumbnail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bestandsgrootte<\/strong> &#8211; Only needed for linked documents, since the size of anything hosted for you is worked out automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Categorie\u00ebn<\/strong> en <strong>Tags<\/strong> &#8211; Separate several with commas. Any which do not exist yet are created during the import, and a greater-than sign nests a child inside a parent, such as Reports &gt; 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentauteurs<\/strong> &#8211; The author name shown against the document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Published<\/strong> &#8211; TRUE publishes the document, FALSE keeps it as a draft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Datum<\/strong> &#8211; The publish date, which matters if your library is sorted by date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vervaldatum<\/strong> &#8211; The date the document is hidden from your library. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-expiry\/\">documentvervaldatum<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Berichtslug<\/strong> &#8211; The last part of the document&#8217;s own web address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke methode moet ik gebruiken?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Slepen en neerzetten is geschikt voor een map met bestanden met logische namen, waarbij je alleen nodig hebt dat de documenten bestaan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Een CSV-import is geschikt voor een overstap vanuit een ander systeem, of voor elke bibliotheek waarbij categorie\u00ebn, beschrijvingen en links vanaf dag \u00e9\u00e9n belangrijk zijn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als je bestanden al in Google Drive of Dropbox staan, is geen van beide nodig. Verbind in plaats daarvan de map, waarna je documenten voor je worden aangemaakt en up-to-date worden gehouden.
