De Bibliotheekbouwer maakt extra bibliotheken, elk met eigen documenten, eigen opties en een eigen <a href=\"#add-your-library-to-a-page\">Insluitcode<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gebruik dit wanneer verschillende pagina's verschillende sets documenten nodig hebben, bijvoorbeeld een openbare beleidsbibliotheek op de ene pagina en een met wachtwoord beveiligde formulierenbibliotheek op een andere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een bibliotheek maken<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ga naar Bibliotheken \u2192 Bibliotheek maken. De Bibliotheekbouwer opent en leidt je door zes stappen. Klik op <strong>Volgende<\/strong> om erdoorheen te gaan, en op <strong>Opslaan<\/strong> wanneer je klaar bent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 1: Maak een bibliotheek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bibliotheeknaam<\/strong> &#8211; Name the library so that you can identify it on the Libraries screen. Visitors never see this name in an embedded library. If you use the library website that comes with your account, the name is used as the page title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 2: Kies een lay-out<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lay-out<\/strong> &#8211; Choose <strong>Tabel (een sorteerbare, doorzoekbare lijst)<\/strong> of <strong>Raster (documenten weergegeven als kaarten)<\/strong>. Zie <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-layout\/\">indeling van documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Groepeer documenten in inklapbare mappen per categorie<\/strong> &#8211; Arranges this library into a folder tree, which visitors open one folder at a time. Folders and filter dropdowns cannot be used together. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-folders\/\">documentmappen<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 3: Kies je documenten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sla deze stap over om elk document in je account op te nemen. Gebruik een van deze opties om alleen specifieke documenten te tonen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Categorie\u00ebn<\/strong>, <strong>Tags<\/strong> en <strong>Auteurs<\/strong> &#8211; Tick the terms to include. A document appears when it matches any of the terms you tick.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Categorie\u00ebn uitsluiten<\/strong> &#8211; Tick any categories to leave out of this library.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gepubliceerd in jaar<\/strong> en <strong>Gepubliceerd in maand<\/strong> &#8211; Limit the library to documents added in a particular year or month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alleen deze documenten tonen<\/strong> en <strong>Deze documenten verbergen<\/strong> &#8211; Pick individual documents by name, which is useful for a short library such as the documents for one product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bekijk <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/creating-multiple-libraries\/#choosing-which-documents-a-library-shows\">documenten afbakenen binnen je bibliotheken<\/a> voor meer informatie over het combineren van deze opties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 4: Weergaveopties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De opties hier hangen af van de lay-out die is gekozen in <a href=\"#step-2-choose-a-layout\">stap 2<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kolommen<\/strong> (table layout) &#8211; Use the column builder to choose which document data appears, and drag and drop to reorder it. Click the pencil icon on a column to rename it, hide its heading, set its width, or control which devices it appears on. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-content\/\">inhoud van documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aantal kolommen<\/strong> (grid layout) &#8211; Choose Automatic, or between one and four columns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kaartinhoud<\/strong> (grid layout) &#8211; Tick the information to show on each card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documenten per pagina<\/strong> &#8211; How many documents appear before a visitor moves to the next page. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/number-documents\/\">het aantal documenten in de bibliotheek wijzigen<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 5: Links en downloads<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stijl van downloadlink<\/strong> &#8211; Show the document link as a <strong>Knop<\/strong>, a <strong>Tekstlink<\/strong> of <strong>Alleen pictogram<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knoptekst<\/strong> &#8211; Set the wording on the link, for example Download or View document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Downloadpictogram tonen<\/strong> &#8211; Adds a download icon to the left of the text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voorbeeldknop toevoegen<\/strong> &#8211; Lets visitors read a document in a lightbox instead of downloading it. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/links-document-library\/#multi-download-buttons\">hoe de selectievakjes voor meerdere downloads werken<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stap 6: Bibliotheekbediening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bedieningselementen zijn de elementen boven en onder je documenten waarmee bezoekers door de bibliotheek zoeken, filteren en bladeren. Ze verbergen past bij een korte bibliotheek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Gebruikers toestaan de bibliotheek te filteren<\/strong> &#8211; Switches on the filter dropdowns for this library. Tick <strong>Filterkeuzelijsten boven de bibliotheek tonen<\/strong>, <strong>Filters in kolomkoppen tonen<\/strong>aan, of allebei, en voeg daarna je filters toe in de bouwer eronder. Zie <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-filters\/\">documentbibliotheekfilters<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Filteropties<\/strong> &#8211; Allow more than one value per filter, display the filters a visitor has applied, and show the number of matching documents next to each option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extra bedieningselementen tonen<\/strong> &#8211; Reveals the rest of the controls: The search box, the &#8220;show N entries&#8221; selector, the result count, the column headings row and a footer row beneath the library. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/document-library-controls\/\">bedieningselementen van de documentbibliotheek<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voeg je bibliotheek toe aan een pagina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elke bibliotheek die je bouwt krijgt een eigen insluitcode en een eigen pagina op je bibliotheekwebsite. Kopieer de code uit de <strong>Insluitcode<\/strong> kolom op het scherm Bibliotheken en plak deze daarna in elke pagina die HTML accepteert. Zie <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/nl\/docs\/publishing-your-library\/\">je bibliotheek publiceren<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je hoofddocumentbibliotheek met alle documenten werkt anders. De insluitcode staat op de pagina Bibliotheek publiceren, en de opties staan op de pagina Instellingen in plaats van in de Bibliotheekbouwer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een bibliotheek bewerken of verwijderen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open een bibliotheek vanuit het scherm Bibliotheken om een van de bovenstaande opties te wijzigen en sla deze daarna op.
