Vous collez le lien de partage du dossier dans une cat\u00e9gorie, les documents se cr\u00e9ent automatiquement et votre biblioth\u00e8que reste synchronis\u00e9e avec le dossier. La synchronisation de dossiers est disponible avec la formule <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/pricing\/\">Advanced plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-it-works\">Comment \u00e7a marche<\/h2>\n<p>Lorsque vous connectez un dossier, Document Library Pro cr\u00e9e un document pour chaque fichier qu'il contient, en utilisant le nom du fichier comme titre du document. Les sous-dossiers deviennent des sous-cat\u00e9gories, si bien que la structure de votre dossier et celle de votre biblioth\u00e8que correspondent toujours. Les types et tailles de fichiers sont d\u00e9tect\u00e9s automatiquement, et les documents synchronis\u00e9s b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des fonctions habituelles de recherche, de filtrage, d'aper\u00e7u et de t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement. Les Google Docs, Sheets et Slides natifs s'ouvrent sur Google dans un nouvel onglet, tandis que les autres types de fichiers se t\u00e9l\u00e9chargent directement depuis votre biblioth\u00e8que.<\/p>\n<p>Le dossier fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Votre biblioth\u00e8que se resynchronise automatiquement avec lui chaque jour, ou vous pouvez synchroniser \u00e0 la demande avec le bouton <strong>Synchroniser maintenant<\/strong> . Il n'y a aucune cl\u00e9 API ni connexion de compte \u00e0 configurer : Document Library Pro n'a besoin que du lien de partage public du dossier, et il ne fait que lire votre dossier, sans jamais le modifier.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"setup-instructions\">Instructions de configuration<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"get-a-shared-folder-link\">1. Obtenir le lien de partage du dossier<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Google Drive :<\/strong> Ouvrez <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/\">Google Drive<\/a> et faites un clic droit sur le dossier \u00e0 synchroniser. Cliquez sur <strong>Partager<\/strong>, cr\u00e9ez un lien avec l'option <strong>Toute personne disposant du lien peut consulter<\/strong>, puis cliquez sur <strong>Copier le lien<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>N'oubliez pas que toute personne disposant du lien peut ouvrir le dossier directement : ne synchronisez donc que des dossiers dont le contenu convient aux personnes qui utiliseront votre biblioth\u00e8que. Vous pouvez toujours <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/docs\/document-library-protection\/\">prot\u00e9ger la biblioth\u00e8que elle-m\u00eame<\/a> par un mot de passe ou une autre protection.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"connect-the-folder-to-a-category\">2. Connecter le dossier \u00e0 une cat\u00e9gorie<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Acc\u00e9dez \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran <strong>Cat\u00e9gories<\/strong> de l'administration de votre biblioth\u00e8que.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9ez une nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie, ou ouvrez-en une existante via <strong>Modifier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Collez votre lien dans le champ <strong>Dossier Google Drive ou Dropbox<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur <strong>Ajouter la cat\u00e9gorie<\/strong> ou <strong>Mettre \u00e0 jour<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re synchronisation d\u00e9marre imm\u00e9diatement, et vous pouvez suivre sa progression dans la colonne <strong>Cloud Sync<\/strong> de l'\u00e9cran Cat\u00e9gories.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"managing-a-synced-category\">G\u00e9rer une cat\u00e9gorie synchronis\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"updating-documents\">Mettre \u00e0 jour les documents<\/h3>\n<p>Pour modifier un document synchronis\u00e9, modifiez le fichier dans Google Drive ou Dropbox :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lorsque vous ajoutez un fichier au dossier, un nouveau document appara\u00eet dans votre biblioth\u00e8que.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque vous supprimez un fichier, son document est retir\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque vous remplacez ou mettez \u00e0 jour un fichier, le document est mis \u00e0 jour en cons\u00e9quence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les modifications arrivent \u00e0 la prochaine synchronisation quotidienne, ou imm\u00e9diatement lorsque vous cliquez sur <strong>Synchroniser maintenant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le dossier fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, les documents synchronis\u00e9s sont en lecture seule dans l'administration de votre biblioth\u00e8que. Les options propres \u00e0 un document qui entreraient en conflit avec la synchronisation, comme l'expiration, ne sont pas disponibles pour les documents synchronis\u00e9s, mais la protection au niveau de la biblioth\u00e8que et des cat\u00e9gories fonctionne normalement.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"disconnecting-a-folder\">D\u00e9connecter un dossier<\/h3>\n<p>Pour arr\u00eater la synchronisation, modifiez la cat\u00e9gorie et d\u00e9connectez le dossier. Vos documents sont conserv\u00e9s, rien ne dispara\u00eet de votre biblioth\u00e8que. Si vous voulez aussi supprimer les documents, ouvrez l'\u00e9cran principal <strong>Documents<\/strong> de l'administration de Document Library Pro, s\u00e9lectionnez les documents concern\u00e9s et supprimez-les.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous reconnectez le m\u00eame dossier plus tard, Document Library Pro reconna\u00eet les documents existants et continue de les synchroniser au lieu de cr\u00e9er des doublons.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"troubleshooting\">D\u00e9pannage<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00ab Ce dossier est inaccessible \u00bb :<\/strong> Le lien n'est pas partag\u00e9 publiquement. R\u00e9glez le partage du dossier sur \u00ab Tous les utilisateurs disposant du lien \u00bb et collez \u00e0 nouveau le lien.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vous avez coll\u00e9 le lien d'un fichier seul :<\/strong> La synchronisation de dossiers n\u00e9cessite le lien d'un dossier, pas celui d'un fichier. Ouvrez le dossier qui contient le fichier et copiez le lien du dossier entier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le dossier est vide :<\/strong> Ce n'est pas un probl\u00e8me. La cat\u00e9gorie reste simplement vide jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous ajoutiez des fichiers au dossier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Quoi qu'il arrive, les erreurs de synchronisation ne suppriment jamais vos documents.
