Vous les d\u00e9finissez toutes deux dans l\u2019onglet Affichage de vos r\u00e9glages, ou dans le Cr\u00e9ateur de biblioth\u00e8que pour une biblioth\u00e8que que vous avez cr\u00e9\u00e9e. Une fois la biblioth\u00e8que charg\u00e9e, les visiteurs peuvent cliquer sur un en-t\u00eate de colonne pour retrier selon cette colonne.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/school-document-management-library.jpg\" alt=\"Biblioth\u00e8que de documents sort options via the arrows in each colonne en-t\u00eate\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sort-by\">Trier par<\/h2>\n<p>The Trier par setting decides which colonne orders the biblioth\u00e8que when it first appears. It defaults to the publish date. You can order by any colonne in the biblioth\u00e8que, or by any of these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ID.<\/strong> Trier par document ID.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Titre.<\/strong> Trier par document titre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ordre du menu.<\/strong> Trier par the document&#8217;s set order.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date.<\/strong> Trier par the publish date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nom.<\/strong> Trier par the document slug.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Modifi\u00e9.<\/strong> Trier par the last modified date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Al\u00e9atoire.<\/strong> Afficher the documents in a random order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"sort-order\">Ordre de tri<\/h2>\n<p>The Sort order setting controls the direction of that initial sort, either ascending or descending. It defaults to descending for date-based sorting and ascending for everything else, and you can override it in the Biblioth\u00e8que Builder. For an A to Z list of documents, the ascending default is what you want.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-sort-by-date-or-number\">Comment sort by date or number<\/h2>\n<p>With the tableau layout, you can sort taxonomy colonnes by number or by date. Open the advanced options for that colonne in the colonne builder and change the Colonne type to Number or Date. You may also want to adjust the <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/docs\/document-library-dates\/\">format de date<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"can-i-sort-by-multiple-columns\">Puis-je sort by multiple colonnes?<\/h2>\n<p>Oui. Activez l\u2019option Tri multi-colonnes dans l\u2019onglet Affichage de vos r\u00e9glages pour permettre aux visiteurs de trier jusqu\u2019\u00e0 deux colonnes \u00e0 la fois. La biblioth\u00e8que est tri\u00e9e selon la premi\u00e8re colonne, puis les documents ayant la m\u00eame valeur sont tri\u00e9s selon la deuxi\u00e8me colonne. C\u2019est utile lorsque deux champs comptent ensemble, comme la cat\u00e9gorie et la date.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sorting-folders\">tri des dossiers<\/h2>\n<p>Document Library Pro h\u00e9berg\u00e9 dispose \u00e9galement d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/docs\/document-folders\/\">Dossiers<\/a> option, o\u00f9 les documents apparaissent dans des dossiers selon leurs cat\u00e9gories. L\u2019 <strong>Trier les dossiers par<\/strong> option vous permet d\u2019ordonner les dossiers par nom de cat\u00e9gorie, slug de cat\u00e9gorie, ordre de cat\u00e9gorie ou nombre de documents dans chaque cat\u00e9gorie. Par exemple, un ordre par nombre d\u00e9croissant liste d\u2019abord les dossiers contenant le plus de documents.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sorting-the-content-of-category-and-taxonomy-columns\">Sorting the contenu of category and taxonomy colonnes<\/h2>\n<p>When a document has more than one term selected for a category or taxonomy, those terms appear as a comma-separated list in that colonne, ordered alphabetically.
