Elle fait gagner beaucoup de temps lorsque vous configurez une biblioth\u00e8que ou que vous en d\u00e9placez une depuis un autre endroit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe deux m\u00e9thodes : <a href=\"#drag-and-drop-a-batch-of-files\">Glisser-d\u00e9poser un lot de fichiers<\/a>, ou <a href=\"#import-a-csv-file\">importer un fichier CSV<\/a>. Pour ajouter plut\u00f4t des documents un par un, voir <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/docs\/adding-documents\/\">Ajouter des documents \u00e0 votre biblioth\u00e8que<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Glisser-d\u00e9poser un lot de fichiers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est le moyen le plus rapide de remplir une nouvelle biblioth\u00e8que. Allez dans <strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9versement group\u00e9<\/strong> dans le menu de gauche et d\u00e9posez vos fichiers sur la page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un document est cr\u00e9\u00e9 par fichier. Le nom du fichier devient le titre du document, sans l\u2019extension et avec les tirets remplac\u00e9s par des espaces, ainsi board-minutes-march.pdf devient board minutes march. Nettoyez vos noms de fichiers avant l\u2019envoi s\u2019ils sont d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9s, ce qui est plus simple que de renommer les documents ensuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utiliser <strong>Importer dans la cat\u00e9gorie<\/strong> au-dessus de la zone de d\u00e9p\u00f4t pour classer tout ce que vous allez importer dans une seule cat\u00e9gorie. Laissez sur <strong>Aucune cat\u00e9gorie<\/strong> pour trier les documents plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois les fichiers ajout\u00e9s, ouvrez n\u2019importe quel document pour ajouter une description, modifier son titre ou attribuer d\u2019autres cat\u00e9gories et \u00e9tiquettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">importer un fichier CSV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une importation CSV d\u00e9finit le titre, la description, les cat\u00e9gories et d\u2019autres informations pour chaque document lors de sa cr\u00e9ation, afin que votre biblioth\u00e8que arrive d\u00e9j\u00e0 organis\u00e9e au lieu de devoir \u00eatre rang\u00e9e ensuite. C\u2019est le meilleur choix lorsque vous d\u00e9placez une biblioth\u00e8que depuis un autre syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9ez une feuille de calcul avec une ligne par document et une colonne par information, avec une ligne d\u2019en-t\u00eate en haut, puis enregistrez-la ou exportez-la en fichier CSV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aller \u00e0 <strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9versement group\u00e9<\/strong> et choisissez <strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9verser un fichier CSV<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez votre fichier. La taille maximale est indiqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez le <strong>Mappage des colonnes<\/strong>. Vos en-t\u00eates sont associ\u00e9s automatiquement \u00e0 nos champs, et vous pouvez corriger ceux qui sont incorrects ou exclure une colonne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cliquez sur <strong>Importer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9cran indique la progression pendant le traitement et confirme lorsque l\u2019importation est termin\u00e9e. <strong>Voir le journal d\u2019importation<\/strong> liste ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9, c\u2019est l\u2019endroit \u00e0 consulter si une ligne n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 import\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Colonnes que vous pouvez inclure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Nom<\/strong> &#8211; The document title. This is the only column you have to include.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contenu<\/strong> &#8211; The document description, as plain text or HTML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Extrait<\/strong> &#8211; A short summary. There is no excerpt box on the Add Document screen, so this can only be set during an import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URL du fichier<\/strong> &#8211; The web address of a file to pull into your library, so that it is hosted and downloadable like any file you upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URL directe<\/strong> &#8211; A web address which stays an external link rather than being imported, for example a video or a page on another site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URL de l\u2019image mise en avant<\/strong> &#8211; The address of an image to download and use as the document thumbnail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Taille du fichier<\/strong> &#8211; Only needed for linked documents, since the size of anything hosted for you is worked out automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cat\u00e9gories<\/strong> et <strong>Tags<\/strong> &#8211; Separate several with commas. Any which do not exist yet are created during the import, and a greater-than sign nests a child inside a parent, such as Reports &gt; 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auteurs du document<\/strong> &#8211; The author name shown against the document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Published<\/strong> &#8211; TRUE publishes the document, FALSE keeps it as a draft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Date<\/strong> &#8211; The publish date, which matters if your library is sorted by date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Expiration<\/strong> &#8211; The date the document is hidden from your library. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/fr\/docs\/document-expiry\/\">expiration des documents<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slug de l\u2019article<\/strong> &#8211; The last part of the document&#8217;s own web address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle m\u00e9thode dois-je utiliser ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le glisser-d\u00e9poser convient \u00e0 un dossier de fichiers aux noms clairs, lorsque vous avez seulement besoin que les documents existent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une importation CSV convient \u00e0 une migration depuis un autre syst\u00e8me, ou \u00e0 toute biblioth\u00e8que o\u00f9 les cat\u00e9gories, descriptions et liens comptent d\u00e8s le premier jour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vos fichiers se trouvent d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans Google Drive ou Dropbox, aucune des deux m\u00e9thodes n\u2019est n\u00e9cessaire. Connectez plut\u00f4t le dossier, et vos documents seront cr\u00e9\u00e9s et tenus \u00e0 jour pour vous.
