Er hat zwei Felder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bibliotheksnamen<\/strong> &#8211; The name of your document library, used in your dashboard and on your library website. This can be changed later in Settings \u2192 General.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Webadresse<\/strong> &#8211; A short address such as <em>acme<\/em>, die acme.documentlibrary.app erstellt. Verwende Kleinbuchstaben, Zahlen und Bindestriche. Eine eigene Markenadresse wie docs.yourcompany.com kannst du sp\u00e4ter einrichten, indem du <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-library-pro-hosted-custom-domain\/\">eine eigene Domain verbindest<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klicken <strong>Meine Bibliothek erstellen<\/strong>. Das dauert etwa 20 Sekunden. Lass die Seite offen, bis der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Einrichtungsassistent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Einrichtungsassistent \u00f6ffnet sich automatisch, wenn du dein Dashboard zum ersten Mal besuchst, beginnend mit einem <strong>Willkommen<\/strong> Bildschirm. Er legt die wichtigsten Optionen f\u00fcr deine Dokumentbibliotheken fest und hat drei Schritte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alle diese Optionen sind danach in den Einstellungen verf\u00fcgbar, und jede Bibliothek, die du sp\u00e4ter erstellst, kann andere Optionen verwenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt 1: Deine Bibliothek<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standardlayout<\/strong> &#8211; Table lists documents with multiple columns of information, which suits long lists that visitors search and scan. Grid displays documents as tiles, which suits visual collections such as brochures and reports. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-layout\/\">Layout der Dokumentbibliothek<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ordner<\/strong> &#8211; Arranges the library into a folder tree built from your document categories, which visitors open one folder at a time. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-folders\/\">Dokumentordner<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokumentenvorschau<\/strong> &#8211; Adds a preview button so that visitors can read a document in a lightbox instead of downloading it. The preview option appears for supported file types only. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-preview\/\">Dokumentvorschau<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hauptsprache<\/strong> &#8211; The language your visitors see in your library. It also sets the language of your dashboard and the emails sent to you. Wenn du Table w\u00e4hlst, wird der <strong>Tables<\/strong> Schritt angezeigt. Wenn du Grid w\u00e4hlst, wird stattdessen der <strong>Raster<\/strong> Schritt angezeigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Tables-Schritt hat zwei Optionen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spalten<\/strong> &#8211; Use the column builder to select which document data appears in the table, such as the title, categories, file type, file size, date and the document link. Drag and drop to reorder the columns, and use the pencil icon to rename one or adjust its width. Klicke auf <strong>Bibliothek anzeigen<\/strong> um deine Dokumentbibliothek zu \u00f6ffnen. Sie bleibt leer, bis Dokumente hinzugef\u00fcgt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dein Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Startseite des Dashboards zeigt den Namen deiner Bibliothek, die Anzahl deiner Dokumente, Kategorien und Schlagw\u00f6rter sowie deine sechs neuesten Dokumente. Das linke Men\u00fc enth\u00e4lt die folgenden Bereiche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bibliothek anzeigen<\/strong> &#8211; Opens your document library in a new tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publish Library<\/strong> &#8211; Contains your embed code and the settings for your library website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokumente<\/strong> &#8211; My Documents, Add Document, Categories, Tags and Authors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Massen-Upload<\/strong> (Advanced plan only) &#8211; Creates documents from a batch of files or a spreadsheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zugriffskontrolle<\/strong> (Advanced plan only) &#8211; Password protects your libraries and your uploaded files.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Libraries<\/strong> &#8211; Builds additional document libraries, each with its own documents, options and embed code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Einstellungen<\/strong> &#8211; Seven tabs of global options: General, Display, Search, Branding, Library Design, Translations and Advanced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Billing<\/strong> &#8211; Change your plan, update your payment details and view your invoices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Profil<\/strong> &#8211; Change your name, email address and password.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team<\/strong> &#8211; Invites other people to help manage your documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bibliothek ver\u00f6ffentlichen, Bibliotheken, Zugriffskontrolle, Einstellungen, Abrechnung und Team stehen nur dem Kontoinhaber zur Verf\u00fcgung.
