Jedes Dokument in deiner gehosteten Bibliothek hat einen Link, \u00fcber den Besucher die Datei herunterladen oder das Ziel \u00f6ffnen k\u00f6nnen. Du kannst diesen Link als Schaltfl\u00e4che, Dateityp-Schaltfl\u00e4che oder einfachen Textlink anzeigen. Wenn bei einem Dokument die Download-Schaltfl\u00e4che fehlt, kannst du die Ursache wie folgt finden.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00fcfen, ob das Dokument einen Link hat<\/h2>\n

Der h\u00e4ufigste Grund f\u00fcr einen fehlenden Download-Button ist, dass dem Dokument kein Link zugeordnet ist. \u00d6ffne das Dokument in deinem Dashboard und best\u00e4tige, dass es entweder eine hochgeladene Datei oder einen Link zu einem externen Ziel hat, zum Beispiel eine anderswo gehostete Datei oder ein Video. Ohne eines davon gibt es nichts, worauf der Button verweisen kann, also erscheint er nicht.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00fcfen, ob die Bibliothek gesch\u00fctzt ist<\/h2>\n

Wenn du den Advanced-Tarif verwendest und die Bibliothek ein Passwort hat, funktionieren die Download-Links nur f\u00fcr Besucher, die das Passwort eingegeben haben. Pr\u00fcfe im Bereich Zugriffskontrolle, ob die Bibliothek gesch\u00fctzt ist.<\/p>\n
