Beide Einstellungen befinden sich im Tab Anzeige oder im Bibliothekseditor der jeweiligen Bibliothek. Nach dem Laden k\u00f6nnen Besucher auf eine Spalten\u00fcberschrift klicken, um nach dieser Spalte neu zu sortieren.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/school-document-management-library.jpg\" alt=\"Sortieroptionen der Dokumentbibliothek \u00fcber die Pfeile in jeder Spalten\u00fcberschrift\"\/><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sort-by\">Sortieren nach<\/h2>\n<p>Die Einstellung Sortieren nach entscheidet, nach welcher Spalte die Bibliothek beim ersten Anzeigen sortiert wird. Standardm\u00e4\u00dfig ist das Ver\u00f6ffentlichungsdatum eingestellt. Du kannst nach jeder Spalte in der Bibliothek oder nach einer dieser Optionen sortieren:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ID.<\/strong> Nach Dokument-ID sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Titel.<\/strong> Nach Dokumenttitel sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Men\u00fcreihenfolge.<\/strong> Nach der festgelegten Reihenfolge des Dokuments sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Datum.<\/strong> Nach Ver\u00f6ffentlichungsdatum sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Name.<\/strong> Nach dem Dokument-Slug sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ge\u00e4ndert.<\/strong> Nach dem Datum der letzten \u00c4nderung sortieren.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zuf\u00e4llig.<\/strong> Die Dokumente in zuf\u00e4lliger Reihenfolge anzeigen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"sort-order\">Sortierreihenfolge<\/h2>\n<p>Die Einstellung Sortierreihenfolge steuert die Richtung dieser anf\u00e4nglichen Sortierung, entweder aufsteigend oder absteigend. F\u00fcr datumsbasierte Sortierung ist standardm\u00e4\u00dfig absteigend eingestellt, f\u00fcr alles andere aufsteigend. Du kannst dies im Library Builder \u00fcberschreiben. F\u00fcr eine A-bis-Z-Liste von Dokumenten ist die aufsteigende Standardeinstellung die richtige.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-sort-by-date-or-number\">So sortierst du nach Datum oder Zahl<\/h2>\n<p>Beim Tabellenlayout kannst du Taxonomiespalten nach Zahl oder Datum sortieren. \u00d6ffne die erweiterten Optionen f\u00fcr diese Spalte im Spalten-Builder und \u00e4ndere den Spaltentyp auf Zahl oder Datum. Vielleicht m\u00f6chtest du auch die <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-library-dates\/\">Datumsformat<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"can-i-sort-by-multiple-columns\">Kann ich nach mehreren Spalten sortieren?<\/h2>\n<p>Ja. Aktiviere im Tab Anzeige die Option Mehrspaltige Sortierung, damit Besucher nach bis zu zwei Spalten gleichzeitig sortieren k\u00f6nnen. Zuerst wird nach der ersten Spalte sortiert. Dokumente mit demselben Wert werden anschlie\u00dfend nach der zweiten Spalte sortiert. Das ist hilfreich, wenn zwei Felder gemeinsam wichtig sind, zum Beispiel Kategorie und Datum.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sorting-folders\">Ordner sortieren<\/h2>\n<p>Die gehostete Document Library Pro hat auch eine <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-folders\/\">Ordner<\/a> Option, bei der Dokumente anhand ihrer Kategorien in Ordnern erscheinen. Die <strong>Ordner sortieren nach<\/strong> Option erm\u00f6glicht die Sortierung der Ordner nach Kategoriename, Kategorie-Slug, Kategoriereihenfolge oder Anzahl der Dokumente in jeder Kategorie. Bei einer absteigenden Sortierung nach Anzahl erscheinen zum Beispiel zuerst die Ordner mit den meisten Dokumenten.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"sorting-the-content-of-category-and-taxonomy-columns\">Inhalte von Kategorie- und Taxonomiespalten sortieren<\/h2>\n<p>Wenn f\u00fcr ein Dokument mehr als ein Begriff f\u00fcr eine Kategorie oder Taxonomie ausgew\u00e4hlt ist, erscheinen diese Begriffe in dieser Spalte als kommagetrennte Liste in alphabetischer Reihenfolge.
