Damit kannst du viele Dokumente auf einmal aus mehreren Dateien oder einer Tabelle erstellen. Das spart viel Zeit, wenn du eine Bibliothek einrichtest oder aus einem anderen System \u00fcbertr\u00e4gst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt zwei Methoden: <a href=\"#drag-and-drop-a-batch-of-files\">Mehrere Dateien per Drag-and-drop hochladen<\/a>, oder <a href=\"#import-a-csv-file\">eine CSV-Datei importieren<\/a>. Wenn du Dokumente stattdessen einzeln hinzuf\u00fcgen m\u00f6chtest, siehe <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/adding-documents\/\">Dokumente zu deiner Dokumentenbibliothek hinzuf\u00fcgen<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mehrere Dateien per Drag-and-drop hochladen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So f\u00fcllst du eine neue Bibliothek am schnellsten. Gehe zu <strong>Massen-Upload<\/strong> im linken Men\u00fc und lege deine Dateien auf der Seite ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr jede Datei wird ein Dokument erstellt. Der Dateiname wird zum Dokumenttitel. Die Dateiendung wird entfernt und Bindestriche werden durch Leerzeichen ersetzt, sodass aus board-minutes-march.pdf der Titel board minutes march wird. Bereinige un\u00fcbersichtliche Dateinamen vor dem Hochladen. Das ist einfacher, als Dokumente sp\u00e4ter umzubenennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Verwenden <strong>In Kategorie hochladen<\/strong> \u00fcber dem Ablagebereich, um alle Dateien, die du gleich hochl\u00e4dst, einer Kategorie zuzuordnen. Lasse die Einstellung auf <strong>Keine Kategorie<\/strong> wenn du die Dokumente sp\u00e4ter sortieren m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn die Dateien hochgeladen sind, kannst du jedes Dokument \u00f6ffnen, eine Beschreibung hinzuf\u00fcgen, den Titel \u00e4ndern oder weitere Kategorien und Schlagw\u00f6rter zuweisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">eine CSV-Datei importieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei einem CSV-Import werden Titel, Beschreibung, Kategorien und weitere Angaben f\u00fcr jedes Dokument direkt bei der Erstellung festgelegt. So ist deine Bibliothek von Anfang an organisiert. Diese Methode eignet sich besser, wenn du eine Bibliothek aus einem anderen System \u00fcbertr\u00e4gst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Erstelle eine Tabelle mit einer Zeile pro Dokument und einer Spalte pro Information. F\u00fcge oben eine Kopfzeile ein und speichere oder exportiere die Tabelle anschlie\u00dfend als CSV-Datei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gehe zu <strong>Massen-Upload<\/strong> und w\u00e4hle <strong>CSV-Datei hochladen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W\u00e4hle deine Datei aus. Die maximale Gr\u00f6\u00dfe wird im Bereich angezeigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00fcfe die <strong>Spaltenzuordnung<\/strong>. Deine \u00dcberschriften werden automatisch unseren Feldern zugeordnet. Du kannst fehlerhafte Zuordnungen korrigieren oder eine Spalte auslassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klicken <strong>Importieren<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Fortschritt wird w\u00e4hrend der Verarbeitung angezeigt. Au\u00dferdem erh\u00e4ltst du eine Best\u00e4tigung, wenn der Import abgeschlossen ist. <strong>Importprotokoll anzeigen<\/strong> listet die erstellten Inhalte auf. Pr\u00fcfe diese Liste, wenn eine Zeile nicht importiert wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Verf\u00fcgbare Spalten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name<\/strong> &#8211; The document title. This is the only column you have to include.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inhalt<\/strong> &#8211; The document description, as plain text or HTML.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auszug<\/strong> &#8211; A short summary. There is no excerpt box on the Add Document screen, so this can only be set during an import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dateipfad<\/strong> &#8211; The web address of a file to pull into your library, so that it is hosted and downloadable like any file you upload.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direkte URL<\/strong> &#8211; A web address which stays an external link rather than being imported, for example a video or a page on another site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>URL des Beitragsbilds<\/strong> &#8211; The address of an image to download and use as the document thumbnail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dateigr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/strong> &#8211; Only needed for linked documents, since the size of anything hosted for you is worked out automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kategorien<\/strong> und <strong>Tags<\/strong> &#8211; Separate several with commas. Any which do not exist yet are created during the import, and a greater-than sign nests a child inside a parent, such as Reports &gt; 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dokumentautoren<\/strong> &#8211; The author name shown against the document.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Published<\/strong> &#8211; TRUE publishes the document, FALSE keeps it as a draft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Datum<\/strong> &#8211; The publish date, which matters if your library is sorted by date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ablaufdatum<\/strong> &#8211; The date the document is hidden from your library. See <a href=\"https:\/\/documentlibrary.pro\/de\/docs\/document-expiry\/\">Dokumentablauf<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beitrags-Slug<\/strong> &#8211; The last part of the document&#8217;s own web address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welche Methode sollte ich verwenden?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag-and-drop eignet sich f\u00fcr einen Ordner mit sinnvoll benannten Dateien, wenn die Dokumente nur erstellt werden m\u00fcssen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein CSV-Import eignet sich f\u00fcr die \u00dcbertragung aus einem anderen System oder f\u00fcr Bibliotheken, bei denen Kategorien, Beschreibungen und Links von Anfang an wichtig sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn deine Dateien bereits in Google Drive oder Dropbox liegen, brauchst du keine der beiden Methoden. Verbinde stattdessen den Ordner. Deine Dokumente werden dann f\u00fcr dich erstellt und aktuell gehalten.
